India-headquartered BluPine Energy, a renewable energy services company, has signed a 25-year power purchase agreement with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI). The agreement was signed through its special purpose vehicle, Solarcraft Power India 17 Private Ltd. The agreement covers a 150 MW solar project with integrated energy storage located in Rajasthan. The project aims to provide firm and dispatchable power to improve grid stability. The company did not disclose financial details. BluPine Energy was established in India by Actis.
