Saatvik Green Energy Limited, India’s solar PV module manufacturers, has announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured a INR 10.15 crore (~ $1.1 million) domestic commercial order. The order is for the supply of solar PV modules to an Independent Power Producer or EPC player. The order is scheduled for execution by February 2026. The company has stated that the transaction involves no related party arrangements. The disclosure is made under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations. It is communicated to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on January 22, 2026. The order adds to the subsidiary’s domestic order book with a defined delivery timeline.
