According to the disclosure, the contract aggregates to INR 44.10 crores (≈ $4,851,000) and is classified as domestic. An Independent Power producer and EPC Player has awarded the order under standard commercial transaction terms. The annexure confirms that the PV module contract does not involve promoter or group company interest. This domestic PV module supply order has been stated as not falling under related party transactions. Execution of the PV module supply order will be completed by March 2026 according to filing.
