Saatvik Green Energy Limited, an India-based solar PV module manufacturer, has reported consolidated financial results for Q3 FY26 ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to INR 12,570.22 million (≈ $138.27 million), up from INR 7,680.29 million in Q2 FY26, reflecting a 63.7% quarter-on-quarter increase, according to company filings. EBITDA increased to INR 1,647.60 million (≈ $18.12 million) from INR 1,235.25 million in the preceding quarter, representing a 33.4% sequential rise, although EBITDA margin declined to 13.11% from 16.08%. Profit after tax reached INR 987.22 million (≈ $10.86 million), compared with INR 832.40 million in Q2 FY26, marking an 18.6% quarter-on-quarter increase. The company attributed performance to higher operating scale, supported by strong solar module production volumes during the quarter. As of December 2025, Saatvik reported solar module production of 759 MW and capacity utilisation of 81%.
