Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology (RRCAT), an India-based government research institution, has invited an e-tender for execution of a grid-tied rooftop PV project. The tender covers design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of a 50 kWp rooftop PV system with existing electrical infrastructure. The estimated installation value has been specified at INR 4,220,000 (~ $46,420), with an earnest money deposit requirement of INR 84,400 (~ $928). Tender documents will be available from 05 January 2026 for download and online bid submission will remain until 19 January 2026, with technical bids scheduled to be opened on 23 January 2026. The tender specifies a project completion period of 180 days, including the rainy season. Bidders must meet defined technical experience and financial eligibility criteria, comply with statutory and safety requirements, and provide a security deposit of 2.5% and a performance guarantee of 5% of the tendered value after award.
