Rays Power Infra Limited, an India-based renewable energy company, has secured a 300 MW renewable energy order from one of India’s Maharatna public sector undertakings. The order adds INR 1,912 crore (~ $21.03 billion) to the company’s order book and will be developed at an upcoming renewable energy park in Karnataka. The project will be executed under the Co-Development Business Model and includes land acquisition, interstate transmission system connectivity, and EPC execution. The project is targeted for commissioning within the next three years. Rays Power Infra has stated that PV modules for the proposed project will use PV cells sourced from its upcoming manufacturing facility under subsidiary Rays Green Energy. The company reported an overall renewable portfolio of approximately 11,665 MW as of July 2025. Recently, Rays Power Infra has secured solar projects worth INR 940 crore in Rajasthan.
