Radiance Renewables, backed by Eversource Capital, has raised about $100 million in equity from Impact Fund Denmark and FMO, with each investor committing around $50 million. The funding is intended to support expansion across greenfield solar projects, hybrid wind-solar assets and behind-the-meter installations for commercial and industrial customers. It also aimed to scale the portfolio beyond 2 GW. Radiance is also planning to add battery energy storage solutions and invest in inter-state transmission projects to serve industrial states. Impact Fund Denmark stated that India remained a priority market for its clean energy strategy. The investment came amid rising renewable power demand from India’s commercial and industrial sector.
