India based PVV Infra Ltd has announced that it approved a technology collaboration with Taiwan-based ITC Services Company Ltd. The collaboration is intended to expand its proposed integrated clean energy manufacturing project in Andhra Pradesh to about INR 1,250 crore (~ $137.87 million). The board has approved signing an MoU to receive technical guidance and technology support for manufacturing solar cells, BESS, micro-inverters and power electronics equipment. The project now includes 1.2 GW of TOPCon solar cell capacity, 1 GW of solar module assembly, BESS assembly lines and a micro-inverter plant.
