Hyderabad-based Premier Energies have launched 620 W DCR solar modules using G12R TOPCon technology, among the highest-output large-format panels in India. The G12R 620 W module introduced TOPCon architecture with higher power density, improved temperature coefficient, and better low-light performance. Its rectangular G12R N type cell format enabled higher string power and BOS optimization, suitable for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial rooftop projects. Key features included higher output for space-limited rooftops and ground mounts, better efficiency than PERC, optimized layout with reduced system cost, durability for India’s climatic conditions, and lower LCOE through improved performance.
