India based NTPC Limited has invited bids for a biennial maintenance contract for solar inverters at its 5 MW solar plant in Faridabad, Haryana. The tender covers preventive and breakdown maintenance of inverters at the facility located within the Faridabad Gas Power Station. Bidding will follow a single-stage two-envelope process through the NTPC e-procurement portal. The contract service period is set at 24 months from the start date. NTPC may extend the contract for up to 3 additional months under the same terms and rates. Bid evaluation will be conducted on a lump-sum basis and the order will be placed on a single agency. Micro and Small Enterprises are eligible for purchase preference under applicable policies.
