India-headquartered NTPC Renewable Energy Ltd has issued a tender for an EPC package to develop a 250 MW grid-connected solar PV project at Bikaner, Rajasthan, under domestic competitive bidding. The scope included design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, tracker-based MMS, internal roads, SCADA, CCTV, and a 3-year O&M contract. The bid required an INR 10 crore (~$1.16 million) security deposit and INR 22,500 (~$263) bidding fee, with submission deadlines from June 5 to June 30, 2025. Technical qualifications required experience in executing at least 40 MW of solar capacity or INR 159 crore (~$18.58 million) industrial projects. Financial criteria required INR 159 crore average turnover and net worth conditions.
