NTPC completes 220 MW Shajapur solar project in MadhyaPradesh

State-owned power giant, NTPC Renewable Energy has fully commissioned Unit-II of its 220 MW Shajapur Solar Project in Madhya Pradesh. The final phase of Unit-II, adding 120 MW capacity, became operational on June 29. With this, the entire 220 MW project is now commercially operational. The Shajapur Solar Project was developed in phases, with Unit-II marking the completion of all planned capacity. NTPC Renewable Energy has confirmed the project’s completion through a regulatory filing. The project adds to Madhya Pradesh’s total installed solar capacity.
