The solar included 167 MW at Nokh in Rajasthan and 25 MW in Bhuj, Gujarat, while the wind was added in Bhuj through subsidiary NTPC Green Energy (NGEL). These additions raised NTPC’s installed capacity to 60,705 MW standalone and 83,888 MW group basis. The projects were owned by Ayana Renewable Power Four, a subsidiary of Ayana Renewable Power, part of NGEL’s joint venture ONGC NTPC Green. NGEL’s capacity reached 7,407.47 MW. It also commissioned 100 MW of a 500 MW solar project by IRCON Renewable Power at Karnataka’s Pavagada Solar Park, awarded under a 2021 auction.
