NLC India Limited, India-based power generation company, has received a Letter of Acceptance from National Capital Region Transport Corporation Limited(NCRTCL) for a 110 MW AC captive solar project in Uttar Pradesh. According to NLC India Limited, the project has been awarded through a competitive bidding process conducted by NCRTCL. Indian regional transport infrastructure developer, NCRTCL is developing the project through a joint venture to supply power to its Regional Rapid Transit System corridor. The scope has included engineering, procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance of the grid-connected solar plant. As per NCRTC Limited, the project is expected to reach completion within 24 months from Power Purchase Agreement signing.
