The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, an India-based renewable energy policy authority, has issued ALMM Revision-XLVII updating PV module enlistments. The revision has recorded expanded listings of PV modules within the 500 Wp to 650 Wp range rated for 1500 V systems. Many newly enlisted models are configured with bifacial n-type TOPCon technology and structured using 108, 120, 132, and 144 half-cut cells. The efficiency values disclosed in the listing are largely above 22%, while several models have exceeded the 23% threshold. M/s Insolation Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. has recorded an enlisted PV module manufacturing capacity of 4282 MW per year, followed by M/s Solex Energy Limited at 3782 MW per year and M/s Goldi Sun Private Limited at 3384 MW per year within this revision. These figures represent enlisted annual PV module manufacturing capacities under Revision-XLVII and are not cumulative with earlier ALMM listings.
