The Indian Ministry of Renewable Energy has issued the fourth revision of ALMM List-II for solar PV cells. Evervolt Solar Technology India Pvt. Ltd. has been listed with 1,074 MW bifacial mono-c-Si PERC cells. Its approved models have reported 23.10% average efficiency and 7.66 W, ranging 22% to 23.50% and 7.264 to 7.759 W. Mundra Solar PV Limited has been added with 2,298 MW bifacial n-type TOPCon PV cells. These approved models show 25.35% efficiency and 9.70 W, spanning 24.5% to 25.7% and 9.37 to 9.82 W. Premier Energies Private Limited has incorporated 1,358 MW n-type TOPCon cells at 25.37% efficiency and 9.71 W. FS India Solar Ventures Private Limited has expanded capacity to 3,433 MW beyond a 751 MW listing. MNRE has stated that all listed PV models have confirmed PID-free designs with validity up to four years.
