The Ministry of New & Renewable Energy has issued an office memorandum releasing the fifth revision of ALMM List-II for Solar PV cells under the Grid Solar Power Division. As per Annexure-I (Revision-5), new additions effective 13/02/2026 have been recorded in the updated list. The revision has included M/s Fujiyama Power Systems Limited, an India-based PV cell manufacturer headquartered in Uttar Pradesh. Its manufacturing facility has been enlisted with a capacity of 437 MW per year. The approved product has been specified as Bifacial Mono-c-Si UT-182M PERC cells measuring 182.2 mm × 182.2 mm. The cells have featured 10 busbars and have been declared PID Free as claimed by the manufacturer. The listed average efficiency has been 23.41% and wattage 7.73 W. The enlistment has remained valid from 13.02.2026 to 12.02.2030.
