India-based energy solutions provider, Luminous Power Technologies, has secured multiple orders for 350 MW solar projects in Rajasthan under the PM-KUSUM. According to the company, the projects have been structured to sell generated electricity to local distribution companies through grid-connected installations. Luminous Power Technologies stated that the combined solar capacity is expected to generate 500 to 560 million units of electricity annually. The company said the annual output has been associated with an estimated offset of 4.02 lakh to 4.59 lakh tonnes of COâ‚‚ each year. As per Luminous Power Technologies, on-ground installations are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2026. The company has noted that project execution has been planned in a staggered manner.
