KOSOL Energie Pvt. Ltd., Indian solar energy manufacturer headquartered in Ahmedabad, has signed a formal agreement with the Andhra Pradesh Government. The agreement covered a distributed residential rooftop solar project across 1.5 lakh homes under the PM Suryaghar Yojana. The project included a 360 MW microinverter supply agreement with Hoymiles Power Electronics Inc., which was formalized on January 26, 2026, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The signing ceremony was attended by senior leadership teams from both companies, including Kalpesh Kalthia, Chairman and Managing Director of KOSOL Energie Pvt. Ltd., and Piyush Sharma, Channel Business Director, Hoymiles India. The deployment involved microinverter-based rooftop installations across Andhra Pradesh and was the largest microinverter supply agreement executed in the Indian solar market at the time. This development followed KOSOL Energie signing an INR 90,000 crore MoU at Vibrant Gujarat 2026, outlining a broader pipeline of solar manufacturing and deployment activities.
