Pune, India headquartered renewable energy and energy management firm, Kalpa Power Private Limited has appointed Pankaj Aggarwal as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on December 22, 2026, in Pune. He was assigned responsibility for finance, compliance and corporate strategy. He had over 23 years of professional experience. The appointment took place as the company is planning to work towards a target of 5 GW installed solar capacity by 2030. Before joining Kalpa Power, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Kalpataru Projects International Limited. He earlier spent 15 years at Sterlite Technologies, including a role as CFO for Global Services across India and the UK. He began his career at Atul Ltd. He was a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. Kalpa Power Private Limited portfolio includes more than 490 projects executed, over 380 MW of assets under maintenance and approximately 134 thousand metric tons of COâ‚‚ offset annually.
