K.P. Energy Limited, an India-based renewable energy company, has secured a Letter of Award for a PV-wind hybrid power project in India, from Enerparc Energy Private Limited. The hybrid installation combines 20.2 MW wind capacity with 20.6 MW solar capacity, resulting in a total project size of 40.8 MW. The contract has been awarded on a complete turnkey basis, under which K.P. Energy will undertake supply, installation, and commissioning of the deployment. The defined project scope includes development of evacuation infrastructure, facilitation of grid connectivity, and obtaining statutory and regulatory approvals. The Letter of Award has confirmed that the transaction is not classified as a related party transaction and that no promoter interest is involved.
