Juniper Green Energy, an independent renewable energy producer in India, has commissioned a 146 MW solar power project at Chapalgaon, Maharashtra. The project will supply electricity to MSEDCL. It was completed 19 months ahead of schedule and 2.5 months after the PPA was signed on March 7, 2025. The plant began operating at full capacity from the date of commissioning. Early land acquisition, technical due diligence, grid permits, and transmission readiness supported the early completion. Juniper Green Energy has engaged in utility-scale solar, wind, and hybrid projects.
