India-based InSolare Energy has received the EPC contract (engineering, procurement, and construction) for a hybrid project located in Bhelani, Rajasthan. The project includes a 68 MW (97.24 MWp) ground-mounted solar PV system and a 3.4 MW/6.8 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). InSolare is responsiblle for the engineering, procurement, and construction of both systems. The hybrid setup is to improve energy dispatch and enhance grid reliability by storing solar power and releasing it during peak demand. The facility is situated at high solarpotential, the project reflects the increasing use of integrated renewable energy and storage solutions in India to manage variable power generation and support consistent supply across the grid.
