Inox Wind announced that it had entered an agreement with KP Energy to jointly develop 2.5 GW of wind-solar hybrid projects across multiple Indian states. Under the MoU, Inox Wind and its subsidiaries were set to supply wind turbine generators, related equipment, engineering support and commissioning and O&M services. KP Energy was responsible for project development tasks, including securing connectivity, land and right-of-way, statutory approvals, and executing balance-of-plant and EPC works. Inox Wind’s CEO said the collaboration had combined the companies’ technical and development experience, while KP Energy’s MD stated that the partnership had created a platform for delivering large-scale wind and hybrid assets.
