Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, an Indian public technical university, has issued a works tender for campus infrastructure upkeep. The tender covers general maintenance, replacement, and repair of PV and solar water heating systems installed across institute facilities. The estimated contract value stands at INR 3.762 million (~ $41,382), inclusive of 18% GST and applicable cess. The contract completion period is fixed at 12 months from the date of award. The Institute Works Department issued the tender notice on 26 December 2025 through an online process. Bid submission will commence on 9 January 2026 and close on 17 January 2026. Bid opening is scheduled for 19 January 2026  on the CPPP portal. The tender document fee is INR 1,180 (~ $13.0), while the EMD is fixed at INR 75,500 (~ $830.5). Eligible bidders must meet experience, turnover, solvency, and authorization criteria specified in the tender conditions.
