Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi inaugurated INOXGFL Group’s solar module and wind component manufacturing facilities near Ahmedabad, marking a manufacturing expansion in renewable energy. The group commissioned the first phase of a 3 GW solar module plant at Bavla, developed by Inox Solar Limited with an investment of about ₹400 crore, equipped to produce N-type TOPCon bifacial modules. Inox Wind also inaugurated a 1.2 GW nacelle and hub manufacturing facility at Kalyangarh near Bavla, set up at a cost of around ₹150 crore to manufacture key wind turbine components. According to INOXGFL Group, the projects form part of a broader ₹5,500 crore (~ $605 million)solar investment plan, alongside plans for an integrated solar cell-and-module facility in Odisha and cumulative targets of 11 GW module and 8 GW cell capacity by FY27.
