The Electricity Department, Government of Goa, has invited an open tender for a 5 MW ground-mounted PV plant and a 100 kW rooftop PV system at Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi Ponda. The scope covers design, procurement, SETC, evacuation works and a 10-year comprehensive operation and maintenance requirement. The tender has been issued under a percentage contract format with a total value of INR 31,14,82,600 (~ $3,426,308.60), a fixed EMD of INR 41,41,826 (~ $45,560.09). The period of work has been defined as 365 days. The tender follows a two-cover system comprising technical and financial bids. The  bid submission will end on 10-Mar-2026 and bid opening scheduled for 12-Mar-2026.
