Baroda-based solar PV manufacturer Future Solar showcased its latest n-type TOPCon cell modules featuring M10R and G12R formats at RenewX 2025 in Chennai. The M10R-based module delivers up to 650 W of output with a conversion efficiency of 23.27%. It uses 16-busbar half-cut cells arranged in a 108-cell layout, derived from the 156 mm wafer design. The G12R module, configured with 108 half-cut cells based on the 132 mm wafer format, achieves 635 W power output and 23.49% efficiency. These modules are based on bifacial dual-glass construction, designed for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. Sanket Bhatia, General Manager – Sales and Marketing at Future Solar, shared that the company is planning a 2 GW solar cell production line and aims to scale its module manufacturing capacity from the current 644 MW to 4 GW.
