India-headquartered Epigral Ltd has planned to increase its wind-solar hybrid capacity from 18.34 MW to 38.14 MW through an INR 21.38 crore (~$ 2.4 million) investment. The company invested for a 26% stake in a special purpose vehicle formed with Prozeal Green Energy Ltd to add 19.80 MW. The partnership was formalized through a 25-year energy subscription and shareholder agreement. The new capacity was scheduled for commissioning by Q4 FY26 to support growing power needs. Epigral aimed to expand CPVC Resin output to 150,000 TPA and Epichlorohydrin to 100,000 TPA. A chlorotoluene plant was recently commissioned at its Dahej site. The energy expansion aligned with its specialty chemicals growth strategy.
