Emmvee, an Indian solar module and cell manufacturer, has secured a major order from KPI Green Energy for Gujaratsolar project. The order, valued at nearly INR 1500 crore (~ $180 million), comes from KPI Green Energy, part of the KP Group, and involves the supply of high-efficiency TOPCon bifacial solar modules. These modules will be produced at Emmvee’s facilities in Dabaspet and Sulibele, Karnataka, and deployed for the upcoming project in Gujarat. The deal continues the partnership between Emmvee and KPI Green Energy, which has been ongoing since 2021. Emmvee currently operates with a module production capacity of around 7.8 GW and a cell production capacity of approximately 2.94 GW.
