Emmvee Photovoltaic Power, an India-based manufacturer and the second largest integrated solar module company, has announced a major supply agreement. Emmvee Energy, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power's wholly owned subsidiary, will supply 4.5 GWp of TOPCon crystalline silicon PV cells to a Indian buyer. The cell deliveries are scheduled to begin in December 2025 and continue until 2030. The company added that its promoters and promoter-group members hold no interest in the awarding entity, thereby excluding the transaction from related-party classification. This recent deal strengthens the company’s position as one of the largest solar PV module manufacturers in India. Prior to this update, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power had outlined INR 55 billion domestic expansion.
