Digital Edge has signed a renewable energy PPA with Hexa Climate Solutions Pvt Ltd in Singapore on 26 February 2026. The agreement covers up to 83 MW of solar power for the first phase of its 350 MW AI-ready hyperscale BOM campus in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. The 83 MW capacity is expected to offset around 100,000 tons of CO2 annually, with further scaling planned under Digital Edge India’s broader renewable program. Power will be supplied in phases from December 2026 and reflects the maximum capacity permitted under current regulations for phase one. Digital Edge India will also take a substantial minority equity stake in the renewable projects to secure captive user status. The BOM campus is being developed through a joint venture between Digital Edge, National Investment and Infrastructure Fund and AGP Sustainable Assets. Digital Edge and Hexa will work together to deploy renewable energy solutions for data centers across India’s expanding renewables market.
