India-based Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) company, has announced the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary. The new entity, Dharan Infra Solar Pvt Ltd, will enter the solar and renewable energy sector.The subsidiary was set to handle the design, development, and execution of solar modules and hybrid energy systems. It planned to engage in manufacturing and improvement of renewable energy modules, cells, and accessories. The company aimed to offer end-to-end solar power solutions. This move followed its rebranding from KBC Global Ltd to Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd, indicating a shift toward infrastructure and EPC projects. Dharan Infra-EPC Ltd held an order book worth INR 260 crore (~$ 30.13 million).
