Delta Electronics India & KP Group sign MoUs for cleantech projects

Delta Electronics India and KP Group has signed three MoUs in June 2025 to jointly develop solar, BESS, and green hydrogen infrastructure in India and abroad.

India-based KP Group and Delta Electronics India, a subsidiary of Delta Electronics has recently signed three Memoranda of Understanding to jointly pursue cleantech projects in India and selected overseas markets. The agreements focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), green hydrogen and EV charging infrastructure, and solar PV inverters. As part of the solar agreement, Delta will deliver 1GW of inverters within the next 12 months. KP Group will manage project development, site integration, and regulatory coordination and Delta will supply power electronics, energy management systems, and related technologiesThe collaborations aim to enable the deployment of scalable storage systems and integrated hydrogen-EV charging hubs.
