Delhi Development Authority has initiated a tariff-based competitive bidding process for the development of a 2.2 MW net-metered solar car parking facility at Baansera Park in India. The deployment will be implemented under the RESCO (Renewable Energy Service Company) mechanism, with a stipulated completion period of six months. The scope includes design, supply, erection, testing, commissioning, and operation and maintenance of the facility for a duration of 25 years. The tender requires an earnest money deposit amounting to INR 17,19,520 (~ $18,915). The last date for the submission of bids is specified as February 11, 2026, and the bidding process would commence on February 12, 2026. Participation is open to companies registered in India, government entities engaged in power infrastructure, and domestic solar cell or module manufacturers. Technical eligibility requires commissioning of grid-connected PV projects within the past seven years, meeting the prescribed minimum capacity.
