Dr. B.R. Ambedkar National Law University (DBRANLU), an India-based public university, has invited bids to select developers for the deployment of 250 kWp of grid-connected rooftop PV systems under the Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) model. The installations are to be implemented at the university campus located in Rai, Sonepat, Haryana. The scope includes design, installation, operation, and maintenance of the PV systems for the contract period. The contract completion period is four months from the date of award, as per the tender document. The tender was issued under a tariff-based competitive bidding mechanism. A pre-bid meeting is arranged for January 28, 2026 and the bid submission will close on February 16, 2026. Techno-commercial bids are scheduled for February 17, 2026. The bid processing fee is INR 6,000 (~ $66), while the earnest money deposit is INR 250,000 (~ $2,750) for contractors.
