Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has completed the acquisition of 74% equity stakes in 11 solar energy companies on February 28, 2026. The transaction followed a Share Purchase Agreement signed with Edelweiss Infrastructure Yield Plus on January 23, 2026. The acquired companies include Pokaran Solaire Energy, Northern Solaire Prakash, Suryauday Solaire Prakash, Solairepro Urja, Solairedirect Projects India, Solaire Power, Solaire Urja, Nirjara Solaire Urja, Ujjvalatejas Solaire Urja, Suprasanna Solaire Energy, and Enviro Solaire. The trust also acquired debt securities of Solaire Surya Urja. Its 74% equity acquisition in Solaire Surya Urja from SEPL Energy is still in progress. The deal was executed under SEBI InvIT Regulations, 2014. Anzen also raised INR 696.44 crore through a preferential allotment. It issued 5.95 crore units at INR 117 per unit on February 25, 2026. Total outstanding units increased from 19.62 crore to 25.57 crore.
