Amanta Healthcare Limited, an India-headquartered pharmaceutical manufacturer, has re-executed a captive solar power agreement to correct disclosure details. According to the company, the correction relates to a solar plant located at Village Baroda, Matar Taluka, Kheda district. The project capacity has been confirmed as 10.8 MW after being earlier disclosed incorrectly as 10.8 kW. The original solar power agreement was executed with Zodiac Energy Limited, which continues as the project execution partner. The revised disclosure has been made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations regulations.
