An Indian vertically integrated solar PV manufacturer, Adani Solar, has showcased its 640 Wp N-Type TOPCon module at Intersolar India 2026. The module is presented for utility-scale and large-format installations. The module featured 23.71% efficiency with a 132 half-cut cell configuration. It offered bifaciality of up to 85% and supported 1500 V direct current systems. The module carried a power tolerance of 0 to +5 W, indicating no negative deviation from rated output. The dual glass design included resistance to ultraviolet induced degradation, light induced degradation, light and elevated temperature induced degradation, and potential induced degradation. The module was built for high-density layouts and rear-side power gain in ground-mounted applications.
