India-based Renewable Energy Company, Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has commenced operations of a 50 MW solar power project at Khavda in Gujarat on October 16 2025, under its subsidiary Adani Green Energy Twenty SixA Limited. The project’s commissioning increased AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity to 16.729 GW. The Khavda plant, located in a major solar development zone of Gujarat, became operational after completing necessary clearances on October 15 2025. This addition reflects AGEL’s ongoing expansion of utility-scale solar installations across India. Adani’s share price on October 15 2025 opened at INR 1,039.00 (~ $12.48)and closed at INR 1,042.70(~ $12.53), marking a 0.63 % gain, while showing mixed movement over the past three months.
