India headquartered Adani Green Energy Limited has stated that it had incorporated a new step-down subsidiary, Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L) to undertake renewable power generation activities. The company said the entity was incorporated on January 2, 2026 and that the certificate of incorporation was received on January 7 through Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L), which was a wholly owned subsidiary. Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L) was reported to have an authorised and paid-up share capital of INR 1 lakh and had not commenced any business operations at the time of disclosure. Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L) has stated to hold 100% equity in the newly incorporated entity. The principal objective of Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L) was described as the generation, development, transmission, distribution and supply of electricity using renewable sources including solar and wind energy.
