India based ACME Solar Holdings has announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Eighteen, to expand its renewable energy operations. The subsidiary was incorporated on 1 January 2026 with its registered office in Gurugram, Haryana, India. It was established to develop, set up, and operate power generation and renewable energy projects. ACME Solar Holdings subscribed to 100% of the subsidiary’s initial paid-up share capital in cash, amounting to INR 1 lack, comprising 10,000 equity shares of face value INR 10 each. ACME Solar Holdings operated a diversified renewable energy portfolio across solar, wind, storage, hybrid and FDRE projects. The company reported a consolidated net profit of INR 115.06 crore (~ $ 12.75 million) in Q2 FY26, compared with INR 15.29 crore in Q2 FY25, while revenue from operations increased to INR 467.74 crore (~ $51.86 million) in Q2 September 2025.
