ACME Solar Holdings Limited, an India-based renewable energy developer, has executed a PPA for 450 MW through its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Seventh Private Limited, with SJVN Limited. The agreements have been structured as two contracts of 300 MW and 150 MW under a Firm and Dispatchable Renewable Energy (FDRE) project at INR 6.74 per kWh. Power supply has been scheduled to commence from March 1, 2028, and the tenure has been fixed at 25 years from the 'Scheduled Commencement of Supply Date'. According to the company disclosure, the agreements have formalized capacity earlier intimated on November 11, 2025. ACME Solar Holdings has confirmed that the contracts were executed with a domestic entity and were not classified as related party transactions.
