ACEN, a Philippines-based renewable energy developer, has acquired full ownership of its India development platform through subsidiary ACEN Renewables International Pte. Ltd. (ACRI). The acquisition has resulted in ACEN fully owning a 1,059 MW DC (819 MW AC) diversified renewables portfolio across Rajasthan and Karnataka locations. This India platform includes three renewable projects under construction and advanced development alongside a pipeline of nearly 7 GW of renewable energy projects across India. UPC Renewables has been identified as a long-standing partner of ACEN across the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia.
