ACEN has taken full ownership of its India renewables joint venture with UPC Renewables through subsidiary ACEN Renewables International Pte. Ltd. (ACRI), resulting in complete control of the development platform. The acquisition has resulted in ACEN fully owning a 1,059 MW DC (819 MW AC) diversified renewables portfolio across Rajasthan and Karnataka locations. This India platform includes three renewable projects under construction and advanced development alongside a pipeline of nearly 7 GW of renewable energy projects across India. UPC Renewables has been identified as a long-standing partner of ACEN across the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam and Australia.
