USA-based Intersolar & Energy Storage North America (IESNA) has procured the Midwest Solar Expo (MWSE) to expand its reach in the renewable energy sector. The acquisition aims to strengthen IESNA’s presence in the Midwest, following its previous regional expansion into Texas. The move aligns with IESNA’s commitment to supporting the energy transition by offering more resources, connections, and knowledge for solar and storage professionals. The acquisition, advised by Grimes, McGovern & Associates, builds on the clean energy portfolio of IESNA’s producer, Diversified Communications. The first Midwest Solar Expo under ISNA/ESNA’s management will take place from June 9-11, 2025, in Chicago, Illinois.
