Huasun’s HJT Cells Reach 26% Efficiency Milestone

Huasun’s G12R and G12 heterojunction (HJT) solar cells have achieved impressive average efficiencies of 26.01% and 26.15%, with peak efficiencies reaching 26.41% and 26.50% respectively in mass production. This achievement is credited to advanced texturing processes, HJT 3.0 bifacial microcrystalline technology, and efficient target materials. Utilizing zero busbar (0BB) module technology and silver-coated copper paste, Huasun has attained high efficiency while reducing costs. Additionally, their 210R-132 dual-glass HJT pv modules now exceed 640W in mass production. This breakthrough marks the arrival of Huasun G12R and G12 cells into the “26% + era”, showcasing the potential of HJT technology.
