Heliene, UGE sign multiyear agreement

Heliene, Inc., a prominent North American solar energy equipment manufacturer, has entered a multiyear module supply agreement and strategic partnership with UGE, a top community and commercial solar developer. This collaboration aims to enhance project economics and reduce supply chain risk for UGE by providing high-quality US-made solar PV modules. Heliene’s modules will enable UGE to qualify for the Domestic Content Investment Tax Credit Bonus under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022, thus supporting federal efforts to lower clean energy costs and promote domestic solar project development. The partnership will strengthen the US solar supply chain and facilitate investment in domestic manufacturing, potentially benefiting users with more affordable energy and expanding the solar market.
