Guangdong Mellow Energy Technology recently achieved a world-record conversion efficiency of 22.86% on a 30cm*30cm large-size perovskite PV module, certified by the National Photovoltaic Industry Measurement and Testing Center. This surpasses their previous records of 20.79% and 21.50% in June and August.
