GreenYellow, a significant player in the energy transition, has integrated Grow Energy Management (GEM), an expert in decentralized photovoltaics, enhancing its presence in Portugal and Poland. This operation, involving two project portfolios, strengthens GreenYellow’s role in solar energy for industrial and commercial sectors in both countries. The transaction encompasses nearly 120 MW of decentralized solar projects, including a 100 MW project with Biedronka in Poland. The combined entity, GreenYellow Portugal, based in Lisbon, will focus on solar self-consumption and Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) to accelerate business decarbonization. GreenYellow Portugal aims to develop over 100 MW of projects in the next three years, supported by GreenYellow Polska, with an investment of €150 million.
