GoodWe, a China-based company, has expanded its ET Series with 40kW and 50kW three-phase hybrid inverters, targeting commercial and industrial applications requiring robust energy storage and operational reliability. As per GoodWe, these models, adaptable for both on- and off-grid settings, offer versatile, high-density power with backup options. The ET50kW model, combined with a forthcoming battery cabinet, provides a complete energy storage solution. Both inverters incorporate peak shaving, time-of-use scheduling, and self-consumption optimization, aimed at enhancing energy efficiency. According to GoodWe, integration of a Static Transfer Switch (STS) Box allows uninterrupted switching, managing critical loads during outages. Generator compatibility and customizable load activation offer added flexibility. The ET inverters deliver 98.1% efficiency, with DC input oversizing, AC overloading, and advanced protection, says GoodWe.
